Shopping Terms

By using this Website, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Bloomers 4U.com, Inc., the owner of this website, reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. We reserve the right to reject any order.
All orders must be paid in full after you are emailed the graphic lay out of your label. If you have questions email me....
Canceled orders are subject to a 25% Set up fee.

Order Acceptance

Orders: We understand that it is sometimes hard to visualize the end result of an order, and color shading is sometimes difficult to communicate. For all orders, we will provide an electronic image in JPG fomat of the work to be done, with as true color representation as possible for your approval. We will make every effort to work with you and be flexible, and pride ourselves in our customer service. All orders must be paid at the time the estimate is given. Canceled orders are subject to a 25% Set up fee.

For customer provided artwork and/or designs

By placing your order you certify that you are authorized to approve the reproduction of and/or reproduce any artwork that you have provided to Bloomers 4U.com Inc., and Clothing Labels 4U.com for the purpose generating a customized Label.

Payment Terms and Shipping

We accept major credit cards: VISA/Mastercard, PayPal, Checks and Money Order. All products will ship within 2-4 weeks or sooner after payment and approval of final Proof.

Freight/shipping charges will be added to all orders.
$15.00 for FedX with Insurance and tracking for 1000 Labels.

Tax

Florida Residents will be charged 6.5% Sales Tax.

Returned Checks

Bloomers4U.com, Inc.,and Clothing Labels 4U.com charges a $40.00 fee for any and all returned checks. Any fees, legal or non-legal, occurred in the collection process will be charged to the party responsible. This policy also extends to credit card fraud..
